  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1-2 unit jalapeños seeded and diced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp lime juice

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Start by placing the softened cream cheese into a large mixing bowl. Add the sour cream to the bowl. Using an electric mixer, beat the two together on medium speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  2. Step 2: Once well combined, add the shredded cheddar cheese. Stir it in gently with a spatula or wooden spoon until fully incorporated.

  4. Step 4: Add garlic powder, onion powder, lime juice, and salt and pepper to taste. Mix thoroughly until everything is well combined.
