- Step 1: In a medium saucepan, combine the heavy cream, milk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, and a pinch of salt.
- Step 2: Place the saucepan over medium heat and stir continuously with a whisk until the mixture is warm and creamy, but do not let it boil.
- Step 3: Once heated through, remove the saucepan from the heat and allow the mixture to cool for a few minutes before transferring to a storage container.
- Step 4: Pour the cooled creamer into a clean glass container with a lid, seal tightly, and store in the refrigerator.
- Step 5: Shake well before each use to mix settled ingredients.
