  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice adjust to taste

Method
 

  1. Step 1: In a medium saucepan, combine the heavy cream, milk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, and a pinch of salt.
  2. Step 2: Place the saucepan over medium heat and stir continuously with a whisk until the mixture is warm and creamy, but do not let it boil.
