Method
 

  1. Step 1: Preheat your Traeger grill to 225°F (107°C).
  2. Step 2: Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs.
  3. Step 3: Drizzle olive oil over the ribs and rub it evenly across the surface.
  4. Step 4: In a small mixing bowl, combine paprika, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper. Mix well.
  5. Step 5: Generously apply the spice rub to both sides of the ribs.
  6. Step 6: Place the ribs on the grill grates, bone side down, and let them smoke for 3 hours.
  7. Step 7: After 3 hours, wrap the ribs tightly in aluminum foil and return them to the grill for an additional 2 hours.
