- Step 1: In a large mixing bowl, add the shredded chicken, corn, diced cucumber, and finely chopped red onion. Use a mixing spoon to gently stir the ingredients together until evenly distributed.
- Step 2: In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well until the dressing is smooth.
