Method
 

  1. Step 1: Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).

  4. Step 4: Place the ribs in the smoker, bone side down.

  6. Step 6: Smoke the ribs for 5 to 6 hours, checking the internal temperature aiming for 195°F (90°C).
  7. Step 7: Baste the ribs with beef broth every hour.
  8. Step 8: Once done, let the ribs rest for about 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
