Method
 

  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Step 2: Wash your potatoes thoroughly under running water to remove any dirt. Cut the potatoes into uniform chunks, about 1-inch in size.
  3. Step 3: In a large mixing bowl, combine the potato chunks with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and dried rosemary (if using). Toss the potatoes well until they are evenly coated.
  4. Step 4: Spread the seasoned potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Notes

Store leftover roasted potatoes in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Reheat in the oven for best texture.
