- Step 1: In a mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of plain Greek yogurt, 1/2 cup of creamy peanut butter, 1/4 cup of honey or maple syrup, and 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Use a spatula to mix these ingredients until they are perfectly smooth and well combined.
- Step 2: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
- Step 3: Pour the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it out evenly to about 1/2 inch thick.
- Step 4: If desired, sprinkle 1/2 cup of chocolate chips or chopped nuts or dried fruit over the top of the yogurt mixture.
- Step 5: Place the baking sheet in the freezer and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until completely firm.
- Step 6: Once frozen, remove the baking sheet from the freezer and cut the bark into pieces or squares for easy serving.
- Step 7: Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer.
Notes
This No-Bake Frozen Peanut Butter Yogurt Bark can last for up to a month in the freezer.
