Method

  3. Step 3: Once baked, remove the potatoes and let them cool slightly. Cut each potato in half lengthwise and scoop out the insides into a mixing bowl.
  4. Step 4: In the mixing bowl, add sour cream, melted butter, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, and chopped green onions. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix until creamy.
