- Step 1: In a medium saucepan, combine the heavy cream, milk, pure maple syrup, pumpkin puree, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice. Use a whisk or spoon to mix the ingredients thoroughly.
- Step 2: Place the saucepan over medium heat. Stir the mixture frequently to prevent it from sticking. Heat until warm but not boiling, about 5-7 minutes.
- Step 3: Once warm, remove from heat and allow to cool to room temperature. Then pour into an airtight container and store in the refrigerator.
- Step 4: Shake before use, pour into coffee, and enjoy!
