- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine peaches, sugar, lemon juice, cornstarch, and cinnamon. Toss gently and transfer to a greased 9-inch baking dish.
- Step 3: In another bowl, mix oats, almond flour, brown sugar, melted coconut oil (or butter), vanilla extract, salt, and sliced almonds (if using). Stir until combined.
- Step 4: Sprinkle the topping evenly over the peach filling.
- Step 5: Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the peaches are bubbly.
- Step 6: Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy warm or at room temperature!
Notes
Store leftover peach crisp in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-5 days. You can reheat it in the oven for a few minutes before serving.
