  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup optional, for serving

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Grease the baking dish with butter or non-stick cooking spray.
