- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your 9x5 inch loaf pan.
- Step 2: In a large bowl, mix the grated zucchini, granulated sugar, brown sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Step 3: In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and ground cinnamon.
- Step 4: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
- Step 5: Fold in the chocolate chips and pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Step 6: Bake for 50-60 minutes, checking with a toothpick for doneness.
- Step 7: Allow the bread to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
Store leftover zucchini bread in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 4 days. You can also freeze it for up to 3 months.
