- Step 1: In a large mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, chopped dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
- Step 2: Add shredded chicken to the tzatziki dressing and stir gently until the chicken is thoroughly coated.
- Step 3: Fold in halved cherry tomatoes, chopped red onion, and sliced Kalamata olives, being careful not to over-mix.
- Step 4: Serve the chicken salad mixture over fresh lettuce leaves.
Notes
The salad can be prepared ahead of time and stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Add the lettuce just before serving to keep it crisp.
