- Step 1: In a medium saucepan, combine the heavy cream, milk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, vanilla extract, pumpkin spice, and a pinch of salt. Measure accurately for best results.
- Step 2: Place the saucepan over medium heat. Using a whisk, gently mix the ingredients together until well combined and heated through, but do not let it boil.
- Step 3: Once heated, remove from heat and let cool slightly. Pour into a jar or airtight container, leaving space at the top.
- Step 4: Allow to cool to room temperature before sealing and refrigerating. Shake before use.
Notes
For a frothy texture, use a milk frother before adding to coffee. This creamer can be stored in the refrigerator for up to one week.
