  • 1 cup cream cheese softened

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Step 2: Boil the potatoes in a large pot until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and return to the pot.
  3. Step 3: Mash the potatoes with sour cream, cream cheese, and milk until smooth.
