  • 2 cups vegetable or chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tsp dried Italian herbs optional
For garnish
  • Fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Notes

This dish can be made vegan by substituting heavy cream with coconut cream and using nutritional yeast instead of Parmesan. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
