  • 1/2 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup butter melted
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon crumbled
  • 1/4 cup green onions sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine the sour cream, softened cream cheese, melted butter, and ranch seasoning mix. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  3. Step 3: Add the halved baby potatoes to the mixing bowl and toss gently to coat them evenly with the creamy mixture.
