  • 8 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter

  • Maple syrup

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, heavy cream, brown sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Step 3: Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with unsalted butter.
